This all-inclusive trip to a world class location is a way for the industry’s top advisors to be recognized for their hard work throughout the year. However, the Elite Chairman’s Club Conference is more than a vacation filled with fun activities for them and their families. It’s a place for ambitious leaders, at various points in their careers who work tirelessly to be among the top 5% of financial professionals in the industry, to connect with like-minded experts.

Recognizing how important it is to gather the brightest and most successful minds in the industry to share ideas and best practices, the Chairman’s Club is also where we host and facilitate the highly sought-after and exclusive business sessions LifePro offers, the Elite Mastermind Meetings. During these meetings, advisors learn from one another’s successful strategies to either spark new ideas that they’ve never considered or seek mentorship on something they’ve been struggling with in their business.

During this year’s Mastermind Meetings, the most central focus that arose in conversation was how to maximize returns while cutting operational costs.
