Bill Zimmerman
Founder, President and CEO
LifePro Financial Services, Inc.


LifePro Financial Services, Inc. is a premier distributor of life, annuity, and long-term care and securities based insurance products serving over 5,000 financial professionals nationwide. The company, based in Southern California and formally established in 1986, has roots as a life insurance marketing organization that go back over thirty five-years. The company was formed to help independent insurance agents, financial planners, and other financial service professionals become successful. They are LifePro’s customers and LifePro understands that its success depends on their success.

Bill started his long career in the life insurance business in 1967. During his first 20 years in the industry he excelled first as a top personal producer, then as an agency manager, building a successful life sales office, followed by a top producing period as a PPGA and GA, and finally building the top producing Independent Life Agency for a Southern California life insurance company.

Mr. Zimmerman is a founding member of the field advisory board of numerous life insurance companies, member of several local and national trade organizations, and has also written numerous articles published by major insurance trade journals.

He is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Life Professionals, Inc., a national insurance marketing company serving over 25 other regional marketing companies.

Ben Nevejans

VP of Marketing, Brokerage Division

Ben Nevejans was born and raised in New Hampshire. He received an undergraduate degree in Outdoor Recreation, with a minor in Communication from Plymouth State University.

In 2000 Ben began his career at LifePro in San Diego, California.
By 2003 Ben was the Marketing Director, and in 2004 Ben moved back to the East Coast to head LifePro’s Boston office.
Recently Ben was promoted to Vice President of Marketing, overseeing the brokerage division back at LifePro headquarters in San Diego.

Case Manager -
Our case managers act as your personal assistants, helping you get your submitted business placed. In fact, they're paid in direct relation to how much business they get paid. They work directly with the carriers utilizing a 'brokerage general agency' style of distribution, heavily dominated by the low cost term market and nationally branded insurance companies such as Prudential, John Hancock, AIG, ING, Protective and GenWorth.

Impaired Risk -
Our expert impaired risk underwriters can get your clients insured! They have intimate knowledge of how each carrier treats impaired risk cases. Each carrier handles their impaired risk cases differently. Some are more generous towards smokers, whereas others are better for individuals with Diabetes or Hepatitis. Knowing this can mean the difference between your client getting a Preferred or Standard policy.

Home Equity Planning Staff -
We provide the backend support for case design, so the agents can spend more time in the field instead of designing the cases. Train agents, mortgage specialist, and financial planners how to properly and ethically structure missed fortune cases. Train and educate this group on concepts, products, and software. Assist and create marketing strategies for the agents to implement in their business model. We help develop proper course of action, in order to prospect, generate clients, close cases, and increase referrals.

Jay Sesto

VP Of Securities

Jay has 25 years of successful experience in the financial services industry and has excelled in both personal production and management. He has helped numerous producers become top producers through mentoring programs. Jay has qualified for various company production awards as well as industry honors such as the National Sales Achievement Award, the National Quality Award, and he is a member, and top of, the Million Dollar Round Table.

Contracting Staff -
Licensing and contracting is a full service department with the LifePro family that assist's our clients (agents) with ALL their contracting needs from agent contract submission to the home office, to complete follow up with and update contract status, along with commission assistance.

Heather Ulz

VP of Operations

Heather is a Southern California native, graduating from San Diguito High School.
Heather came to LifePro in 1997, as Mr. Zimmerman’s personal assistant. From there Heather has seen the company grow from 4 employees to its’ current state. Her responsibilities have also grown over the years. At some point in her tenure at LifePro, she has done everything from running the accounting, to case management and quote running, to contracting and licensing, to securities administration.

Jon Oropeza

IT Director

Born in the SF Bay Area, Jon moved to San Diego in 1999 to attend SDSU. He finished in May of 2001 and came to work at LifePro the next week with a charter to build an IT Department from scratch with his wits and bare hands. Jon's philosophy towards IT revolves around cost effective, user-oriented systems built quickly. IT belongs everywhere : IT begins with the computer working, but ideally enables the multiplication of knowledge, capabilities and output of each individual.

Robin Barnes

VP of Business Development

Robin Barnes has been the Marketing Vice President of Lifepro Financial Services, Inc. for the past 30 years and is the founder and President of The Educational Institute of the Southwest. Robin and his T.E.A.M. have built an excellent reputation among clients, Asset and Debt Advisors, and peer groups as unique educators specializing in Asset and Debt Management. Utilizing his extensive knowledge and background, Robin and his T.E.A.M design comprehensive and advanced techniques for debt and equity management as well as tax advantaged retirement planning.
Robin is a four time graduate of T.E.A.M training and is a highly sought after speaker and trainer of the concepts and strategies taught through T.E.A.M. He is a past member of the Advisory Board for Missed Fortune Concepts, a member of the Knowledge Harvest panel, as well as a Key Note Speaker at the 2006 National Summit meeting in Utah.



Cathy Midkiff

Cathy has been the Director of Client Relations for LifePro Financial Services for the past 5 years and is the Director and co-founder of the Educational Institute of the Southwest. Cathy provides exceptional support and service for associate T.E.A.M. members as well as clients. Utilizing her extensive knowledge and background, Cathy is able to effectively motivate and educate clients and advisors on the principles of Asset and Debt management.
Cathy is a graduate T.E.A.M. member and a licensed insurance advisor. She is sought after by many associate T.E.A.M. members and advisors for guidance and education.
