One of our members was found dead by his wife he was separated from. He had been dead three days. Not sure if it was overdose but he was only 44. Two of our women overdosed this last week. Both are still alive.But spent a couple of days in ICU on vents. So sad. Could have been me easily. I think the only thing that separates us is willingness. It is the key. I remain willing to do whatever I have to do to keep in contact with my Higher Power. To keep my defense. To keep my sanity. To keep my serenity. Willingness is essential. But for the grace of God go I.

My sister-in-law found her second husband like that. He had blown his brains out in their bedroom while she was away.

a friend of mine hung himself yester day... I don't know any details... but last time I saw him he was strung out pretty bad... seems like we've been having a lot of suicides and attempts at suicide in our area... seems like more than in the past... has anyone else noticed this...
